Multiple Grammy Award-winner Bruce Hornsby is gearing up for a busy 2020 on the road. While touring behind his recent Absolute Zero collection, Hornsby will be tackling three different types of shows while supporting the new album in the New Year.

Best Classic Bands reported Hornsby will be alternating between solo gigs, shows with his regular band the Noisemakers -- along with yMusic, which features instruments including violin, viola, cello, clarinet, flute, and trumpet.

Bruce Hornsby, who first burst on the national scene in 1986 with his band the Range, told us that over the decades his work on his own, with his side-projects, with the Grateful Dead and beyond has kept him gainfully employed: "The phone has never stopped ringing in 30 years. It's unbelievable. Actually, we did have a time for about two weeks where there was nothing on the horizon that we needed to take care of. Y'know, no Spike Lee (documentary) music, no scoring, nobody asking for a special live track for something, not having to mix some show for some radio live broadcast. It happened to last for two weeks. It's, again, a pleasant problem."
