George Thorogood & The Destroyers have just announced their 32-date “Good To Be Bad: 45 Years Of Rock” North American run, which kicks off on June 22nd at Hinckley, Minnesota's Grand Casino and wraps on October 19th in Battle Creek, Michigan at Firekeepers Casino Hotel.

Thorogood & The Destroyers are in their fifth consecutive year of supporting the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) by donating $1 from each ticket sold on their to LLS. They will also continue donating 100 percent of the net proceeds from the sale of their LLS-branded Destroyers shirt to the organization.

Epiphone announced the release of the Limited Edition George Thorogood “White Fang” ES-125TDC Outfit guitar, “featuring a vintage-inspired ES-125 hollowbody archtop in a bone white finish with removable 'Cobra' sticker, new ProBuckerTM P-90 single-coil pickups, a hand-signed Certificate of Authenticity, Custom Hard Case with “snake-skin” handle, and WilkinsonTM Deluxe Tuners.”

We asked George Thorogood whether or not he and the Destroyers actually feel like a 40-plus-year-old band spreading its unique brand of rock and blues night-after-night: “It just feels like we’re still just getting up every day and going to work — just under better conditions. It doesn’t really hit me that, like, 'Uh, it’s 40 years, blah, blah, blah.' You don’t really think things like that — at least I don’t. If I have an interesting anecdote or a story that happened in the past, y’know, I’ll share it with somebody, but I’m not really the kind of guy that dwells on that kind of thing. I’m interested in what’s going on today, and maybe, y’know, tomorrow, or the next day.”
