Goo Goo Dolls have just rolled out a 29-date summer shed tour, with Lifehouse and Forest Blakk serving as the support acts. The trek kicks off on July 23rd at Boise, Idaho's Ford Idaho Center Amphitheater, and criss-crosses the country through September 5th when the tour wraps at L.A.'s Greek Theatre. The band has just released its latest video "Autumn Leaves (Live at Kalamazoo State Theatre)."

Nearly 35 years after John Rzeznik and Robby Takac formed the band in Buffalo, New York, Rolling Stone asked Rzeznik how he accounts for the band's longevity: "Robbie and I grew up in very blue-collar working-class town. That same work ethic applies to whatever we do in life. We respect each other's boundaries and we have learned over the years to get along, or ignore each other when we need to."

He said of the upcoming dates, "We're putting together a really exciting show that will include the staples, new material, and a few curveballs. We can't wait to see all of our friends and fans we have made over the years and hopefully make some new friends this summer."

John Rzeznik told us that one of the highlights of any show is the chance to connect with the band's original fans: "Everybody that came up with us came just as slow. So it was no big shock. The people that were with us in the beginning, a lot of times, if they still show up, I mean we'll still talk to them and that just because they've realized that we haven't changed that much, maybe a little more sober. That's about it."

Goo Goo Dolls will next perform on February 19th in Glasgow, Scotland.
