Sting has just announced yet another new Florida date. The newly announced concert is set for November 8th at Jacksonville, Florida's Daily's Place and will be the second-to-last gig on Sting's current My Songs tour. Tickets go on sale this morning (Tuesday, July 30th) at 10 a.m. ET.

Sting's latest album, titled My Songs, updates 15 of his solo and Police classics, featuring re-imagined takes of "Every Breath You Take," "Walking On The Moon," "Englishman In New York," "Demolition Man," "If I Ever Lose My Faith In You," and "Message In A Bottle," among others.

Sting told us that he gave his band carte blanche to develop their parts during the My Songs sessions: "I'm always willing to really delegate stuff to other people that I trust, and then delight in the result, y'know? And I'll obviously edit that and obviously have an opinion about it that will be slightly different -- but I'm always excited by other people's 'take' on the basic bones of the song."
