Over the weekend, Weezer played California’s Coachella Valley Music Fest for the first time and they made it memorable. At one point, they brought out Curt Smith and Roland Orzabal of Tears For Fears to perform “Everybody Wants to Rule The World” and TLC’s Chilli joined them for a version of “No Scrubs.”

Both songs appear on, The Teal Album, which was full of cover songs. That album release followed the success of their version of Toto’s “Africa.”

This was Weezer’s first time playing the festival in over 14 years. Their setlist included hits like “Buddy Holly,” “Hash Pipe,” “El Scorcho,” “Say It Ain’t So,” and “Island in the Sun,” as well as a barbershop quartet version of “Beverly Hills.”
