Ian Anderson’s "50 Years of Jethro Tull" tour continues into 2019 with 10 spring and summer dates now on the books for March, July, and September. As it stands now, the tour will hit New Jersey, Maryland, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, and California. Tickets go on sale Friday, December 14th, 2018 at 10 a.m. local time. To purchase tickets, log on to JethroTull.com.

Ian Anderson said in the tour announcement: "We continue to present the 50th Anniversary concerts in many countries and regions not visited in 2018, and also many Tull repertoire shows in Europe. There will be, of course, my usual charitable cathedral and church concerts in December. In the U.S.A -- many would argue -- 2019 is really the 50th Anniversary for U.S. fans since we first visited in early-1969."

Ian Anderson tells us that his concert setlists have always been peppered with the classics everyone loves: "Generally speaking, I suppose we do because there are certain pieces -- most obviously 'Aqualung' and "Locomotive Breath' -- I think feature pretty much in nearly every Jethro Tull concert. And there are a few others that are frequent visitors. We'll often play a bit of 'Thick As A Brick' and the instrumental 'Bouree.' A few frequent travelers." :
