Fans of the blockbuster Queen biopic Bohemian Rhapsody won't have to wait long for a home release, with the movie becoming available digitally on January 22nd -- and on 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray, and DVD on February 12th. The 2019 awards season buzz for the film is particularly hot, with Bohemian Rhapsody nominated for two Golden Globe Awards: Best Motion Picture - Drama and Best Actor In A Motion Picture - Drama for Rami Malek, and two SAG Awards for Outstanding Performance By A Cast - Motion Picture and Outstanding Performance By A Male Actor In A Leading Role for Malek.

According to the press release, "For the first time, fans can experience a truly one-of-a-kind music movie event with the complete Live Aid movie performance featuring two never-before-seen songs -- 'Crazy Little Thing Called Love' and 'We Will Rock You' -- packed into a 22-minute collective experience recreating the original event. In addition, on Blu-ray & digital, fans will get a look behind the making of the film including interviews with Queen, the cast and creative team."

Drummer Roger Taylor told us that his greatest pride is that all these years later, the band and Freddie Mercury still resonates with Queen's die-hard fan base -- along with millions of new fans every year: "He's bigger now than he ever was. It's absolutely true, and that makes me sort of proud. And I think that is one of the reasons why. . . I think you come to a realization that it's really, that is what you are -- it's what you've done -- but that defines what you are, and be content with that, and make it good. And I'm very proud of the fact that, y'know, our music is still on the radio and that Freddie is still a part of popular culture and I feel that I've done something, then."
