NEW METALLICA WORK BOOTS TO RAISE MONEY FOR TRADE SCHOOL FUNDING

Metallica's non-profit company All Within My Hands (AWMH) has partnered with the work boot company Wolverine for a new line of boots and trade school scholarship funding. The new boot brands — “Metallica Scholars 1000 Mile Axel” and “Hellcat UltraSpring” are now available for pre-oder, with all proceeds benefiting AWMH to further support the skilled trades. Pre-order fulfillment and live sales begin on August 26th.

Metallica frontman James Hetfield said in a statement announcing the partnership:

Wolverine shares the same vision that we had when creating the Metallica Scholars Initiative – that it’s incredibly important to create and sustain a strong and resilient American workforce. AWMH is our way of giving back and building future generations.

More importantly, we are helping these students achieve their dreams and transform their lives through the workforce education programs offered at community colleges all across the country.
