QUICK TAKES

  • The Rolling Stones: Havana Moon, concert film capturing the band's first visit to Cuba in 2016, is heading to drive-ins across North America this summer. The film will begin showing on July 10th observing specific state reopening guidelines.
  • Director Paul Dugdale said in the press release, “I'm so thrilled that Havana Moon has found its way back onto the big screen, particularly during such a strange time for live music. The Rolling Stones concert was the first of its kind in Havana, and I hope the unprecedented absence of live music during the COVID-19 crisis means this film brings almost as much elation and joy to those watching it now as it did the people of Havana back on that special night. Turn it up loud!”

  • Robbie Grey told Rolling Stone: “We were all at our homes in the UK apart from Daniel who was in Los Angeles. We decided to film 'I Melt With You' to put a smile on people’s faces. We are aware of how much the song is loved and just thought a lockdown version would make people happy in these crazy times.” (Rolling Stone)
