  • Pink Floyd's 1989 concert film Delicate Sound Of Thunder, will make its theatrical debut for one night only on October 15th in North American movie houses. The film, which like the band's 1988 soundtrack album, caught David Gilmour, Richard Wright, and Nick Mason and their band at Long Island's Nassau Coliseum while on tour in support of the previous year's A Momentary Lapse Of Reason. Last year, a reissue of the concert film came as part of Pink Floyd’s box set, The Later Years 1987-2019.
  • Eric Clapton has contributed to Cuban-born percussionist Pedrito Martinez's new rendition of “Slowhand's” Grammy Award-winning song, “My Father's Eyes.” The tune, which was originally included on Clapton's Pilgrim album, is one of three songs Clapton has contributed to Martinez's upcoming 2021 album, Acertijos.   • Billy Joel has released a limited edition clothing line. The “Downeaster” apparel is available exclusively throughout his BillyJoelShop.com and includes “hoodies, shirts, a hat and a chef's apron, plus bandanas custom-made by actor Colin Hanks' Hanks Kerchiefs.” The garments are available for pre-order now and are set to ship on August 31st.
