DAVE GROHL ACCEPTS 10-YEAR-OLD’S INVITATION TO A DRUM OFF

Dave Grohl has finally accepted 10-year-old Nandi Bushell's challenge to a drumoff. On August 17th. Bushell issued the drum battle in a YouTube video where she covered The Foo Fighters hit “Everlong.”

On Saturday (August 29th), Grohl tweeted, “Challenge accepted.” He added, “Haven't played these songs in a loooooong time…..thanks for the inspiration!!!”

He added, “Your move.” In the 5-minute clip, Grohl shares that he's seen all of Bushell's videos. He said, “You're an incredible drummer, and I'm really flattered that you've picked some of my songs to do for your videos, and you've done them all perfectly. So today, I'm going to give you something you may not have heard before. This is a song called 'Dead End Friends' from the band called Them Crooked Vultures. … This is my response to your challenge. So now the ball is in your court!”

Bushell responded,”This is UNREAL! I am going to checkmate this one too!”
